Items to be Sold

Prior approval is necessary by the committee for selling non-food items. Unauthorized items are strictly prohibited.

Vendor Registration

Booth (Size 10x10) 2 days rental VIP Stall: $1,000 (includes Power supply, 2 display tables, and 2 chairs) Non-Food and Clothing Vendors: $500 (includes Power supply,1 display table, and 2 chairs) Vendors are required to provide their extension cords, multi-plugs, occupational licenses, and any additional lighting fixtures needed. All fees must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the event date. Please note that booth rental fees are non-refundable. The committee is not responsible for natural disasters or situations beyond its control. Additionally, vendors must carry their liability insurance.
